BOOK 2 - KNIGHT JURE: FIREBIRD FAWEKS

 

Knight Jure faces a new challenge. He keeps his promise to his friend and companion, Lara, by rescuing her father from the hands of the king’s rebels. But this is only the beginning of a new adventure. The wicked sorceress Arnela refuses to surrender and summons a mighty firebird, Faweks, whose fiery wings burn everything in its path.

Jure and Lara set out for the Sharp Mountains, where Faweks resides, but their journey is fraught with peril. First, they must cross a treacherous swamp teeming with deadly beasts. Their courage and skill are put to the test, but they manage to escape the swamp’s dangers. Just as they think the worst is behind them, they arrive in Oaken, a village located at the very entrance to the Sharp Mountains.

There, they find chaos and destruction caused by the raging firebird. The villagers are terrified and desperate, doing everything they can to save their home. To make matters worse, Jure and Lara discover that the village chief is a coward who has locked himself away, unwilling to take action. Jure confronts the chief, convincing him that now is the time to overcome his fear and stand up for his people.

With the village stabilized, Jure and Lara continue their journey, climbing the Gray Mountain, where Faweks awaits. Now, everything depends on Jure—will he defeat Faweks and restore peace to Amrosia, or will Arnela finally succeed in enslaving the kingdom?
